I have personally made this dip many times and have yet to have anyone to say they didn't like it. Even if you are a spinach hater, I can almost guarantee this will be a hit at your party or function. It's especially great with those little square wheat crackers.

CREAMY
SPINACH DIP
16 oz. pkg. frozen cut leaf spinach 12 oz. cream cheese 4 fl. oz. sour cream 4 oz. green onions, sliced 6 oz. carrots, shredded 2 oz. red bell pepper, diced 1/2 fl. oz. Dijon mustard 4 fl. oz. mayonnaise 3/4 tsp. garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Steam frozen spinach for 5 to 6 minutes until it reaches 165 degrees fahrenheit. Drain and press out excess moisture. In a mixer, using a paddle, blend all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Chill several hours. Serve with raw vegetables and assorted crackers.
